Eligibility
To apply under the SINP Skilled Workers Category;
· Live outside of Canada or you have proof of legal status in Canada and are not a refugee claimant.
· Must have a full time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer
· Must meet the 35 point grid and prove proof of points claimed
· Have a job conformation letter from your employer issued by Saskatchewan Immigration through a mandatory online employer portal.
· Must have a minimum one year of experience with proof in NOC O, A, B or a designated trade in Saskatchewan.
To apply under the SINP Skilled Worker Existing Work Permit Category
· Must have valid status in Canada
· Be working for the employer for a minimum of 6 months
· Have a full time permanent job offer
· Have a job conformation letter from your employer issued by Saskatchewan Immigration through a mandatory online employer portal.
· Be working in NOC O, A, B or a designated trade in Saskatchewan.
